No response from standard bank insurance

Good Afternoon.on the 01/04/2013 I sent a claim via email and heard nothing even though it was read
I then sent the same claim on the 01/05/2013 with still no response. I then called SIL and they said because there is no claim number the email goes nowhere and claim was logged
I was then asked to quote that claim number in the email that I emailed before
I have still heard nothing.a claim was logged and they requested documentation.
Due to your delay in response the dampness has caused a power cut to my house which has forced me to move out of my home
The water is now seeping into the main box.
At the moment the water has damaged my floors and main box and tiles
The contractor has confirmed that the damage is coming from the floors under bathroom as water is seeping into there
I have attached pictures and the quote to repair the house damage
Please get back to me urgently as I had to move out of my home which is now costing me extra
