No feedback on fixing house

On approximately the 28 Nov 2013 we had hail the size of tennis in Randfontein, which caused a lot of damage to my house. Roof tiles were broken, some hail went through the roof and the ceiling. I had a lot of water damage to my house. Standard bank send somebody out last year December to check what needs to be fixed, inside and outside. It is now the 15 January 2014 and up to date nobody came to fix my house. The roof tiles were taken from the over hang to fix here and there, and each time I phone them they cannot give me a date as to when my house will be fixed. My claim number is 13/085559. The last person I spoke to was Thabo, he said they were waiting for a lost adjuster and he would get back to me. Yesterday I left a message at reception for him to get back to me, but nobody came back to me. My house is getting more and more water damage currently and I would like to know when Standard Bank will start to fix my house. This is really not acceptable anymore. The walls is starting to go moldy and the house stinks because of all the water. Yet nobody can give me a date as to when my roof and the rest of the house will be fixed. Please can you help me?
