In November 2013 I registered my insurance claim for both my electric fence (damaged by the storm) and the intercom also damaged by the storm (lightning). I fixed the fence on my own because the insurance was taking time to settle my claim (and I could not operate without the functional fence) and I also submitted the invoice with the quotation to fix the intercom.

To date my claim has never being settled and when I phone the insurance the telephone is always busy (or I AM PUT ON HOLD FOR THREE HOURS) and I have not be assisted to date.
The most frustrating thing is the fact that I am classified as a prestige banker by the bank, I have the savings account with the bank (which I have had for more than 10 years) and I have also got the home loan with the bank (which I have settled for more over 1 million) and have other two accounts with the bank which I am servicing appropriately.
I AM VERY FRUSTRATED BECAUSE I THINK I AM DELIBERATE
