No response/feedback for claim

I had to claim from my Absa Home Insurance in October, after my boundary wall in Emalahleni was damaged by severe winds. Received a claim no: 2458252 via sms. Also received sms as to a contractor that would come to assess/quote damage. Nobody came. Queried, told another contractor would be coming, nothing. Myself & daughters have been trying since, with no concrete answers. Our last attempt was on the 4th December, spoke to consultant, explained situation, told would send email as to info on said claim, nothing to date. Emailed to AIS complaints department 3x already, no response from them. Would really like to know if my claim has been approved, who is contractor, will it be fixed, confirmation on claim, who to contact if we don't get this resolved. Please, time is passing & the property is at risk for someone to attempt or damage. Thank you
