My matter with Standard Bank regarding a water storm damage claim in my property dated late last year has not been resolved. It continues to be joke for Standard Bank with the recent development that I approached the Short-Term Insurance Ombudsman. After my last Hellopeter.com posting on 4th March 2013 of the same complaint Standard Bank as they have done with all my posting they responded with scheduling yet another assessment, allocating the fifth assessor to my claim. On Wednesday, 21st March 2013, this assessor came to my house to "assess" the damage. This latest action from Standard Bank is nothing new in this saga, my complaint and lack of paid service from Standard Bank continues...
