No Feedback on my claim

I logged a call with Standard Bank on damaged caused to the wooden floors in my house by a water pipe that burst in the bathroom. The Assessor caim out and I showed him exactly which pipe was damaged as we have already repaired it. He said that he will send out a contractor to do assessment on the damaged caused and get it repaired as soon as possible. There were two separate contractors that have send through they're assessments. I have made numerous calls to Standard Bank asking that they please get the assessor to get back to us regarding the claim. Up to today I had no feedback.
