I logged a claim on 22/11/2013. so for 2 months i have lived with water damage and still have a wooden floor that i cant pull up until you approve my claim according to the contractor.
since i have returned this year i have tried to get through to the call center to find out what is going on with my claim. but after holding on for 30 mins a few times I have logged complaints from your insurance online website.
N one has got back to me yet, this is unacceptable.
