Standard Bank Insurance Brokers Response time

I have phoned them on the 22nd of January 2013 to receive a claim number, as a had a brake-in in my house where they my Geyser, taps and broke my windows. I have received my claim number on that same date, but it is now the 6th of February 2013 and they are still doing the assessing of the house, to see if I can claim for the and broken items (I have a case number from the Police). I phoned them everyday and ask them what is the progress of the claim, then they will say it is still in the process they will phone me back to let me know what is going on, but then no one phone me back to give me update of the claim. I have tendants in the house and they do not have any warm water to bath with.
