Capitec do nothing about on bank accounts

I am sitting at home and get an sms that R1000 has been taken off my account I phone the call center and while I am on the phone another R1000 is taken out.
The only thing they will do is stop my card.
They don't call the police and say this is the atm they are there right now nothing.
I get told to wait until tuesday and then 14 working days after that I will get feed back from them. The are at the ATM as we are speaking on the phone and they do nothing absolutely nothing!!!
How far away will they be in 14 working days.
