No Communication and Late Deductions - Disgusting!

I changed from Absa to FNB, which was a huge mistake!! Not only does FNB not notify you when they add accounts to your online banking profile, but they also debit your account 5 days later for old transactions!! How annoying!! They quick to contact and sms you for promotional things and loans, but they will not contact you or assist you easily when it comes to changing things pertaining to your account. Calling the FNB call centre is a nightmare, the staff is rude and abrupt, i HATE FNB, what a NIGHTMARE!!!
