I have sent an email to Happy Life Cancelling my policy. They the cancellation department then contacted me to inform me that it needs to be in writing and with a signature. I complied with this request and my policy was suppose to be cancelled effective end Jan 2013.
Subject that, every month to date they have still been deducting from my account which equates to 159 x 3. I have since not heard from them at all, not via email, or any of their numbers. The contact details I have for them are the following:
