Banking website not working

Last week Thursday I called the online banking call centre to report that I could not authorize transactions on my profile. I was run through the usual "update Java" spiel, as this often occurs with the FNB site. But still no luck. The operator took my number and told me that they would call me to notify me when the problem was resolved. No call ever came. The next day i tested it and it was working. Same thing this morning. I called the center at 8:00 got the same spiel. Was told I would be let know when the site would be repaired. No call. The problem has not been resolved. Maybe FNB should focus less on idiotic advertising campaigns and spend their (our) money on important things - like an internet banking platform that actually works with no issues for longer than a few days! Try explaining to your staff that you cant process their wages because the banking platform isn't working.
