2 Year Client - Site Malfunction? - Staff No Help!

Palesa Nyembe - please contact me on my cell as i have wasted 3 long calls and cant talk to call centre staff who wont listen and are rude.

For 18 months i have taken 18 loans with you guys paid on time and i have a full boodle ranking. Your site malfunctioned today incorrect banking details loaded. Now i have a incomplete application form and i am told by Dolly the standard bank banking details does not allow them to collect a debit. "I have used Absa bank for 18 months on 18 loans not standard bank"!

If you check! all 18 of my loans have been on Absa bank account not a standard bank account, my last loan was debited from my Absa account yesterday 27/11/2013 so how can you say you only have standard bank banking details for me.
