When your bank has become your worst nightmare

And yet again fnb debited me for a closed account, the first time I complained (Ref 333087) the debit order was reversed, I thought it was common sense to remove the account from my profile, I saw this was not de-linked and I again logged a query with the useless premier helpdesk ref 9709200 whom to this day have never bothered to contact me. Please reverse the debit order and the balance on account back to zero, I DON'T WANT TO SEE THIS RCP ACCOUNT ON MY PROFILE THE NEXT TIME I LOG ONTO MY INTERNET BANKING-SETTLED & CLOSED MEANS THAT.
