CHANGING DEBIT ORDER NIGHTMARE

I have been struggling with Standard Bank Home Loans department for almost two weeks to change my debit order to my new bank account.

After numerous phone calls and very heated telephonic conversations I eventually managed to get an email address to where I can sent my request to... THIS WAS NEVER ATTENDED TO!!! The manager I spoke to (unfortunately I cannot remember his name) was very rude and I am sure that it is not in Standard Banks code of practice to treat clients so badly.

Why is it such a nightmare to deal with Standard Bank home loans? All my debit orders have been switched, it is just this excuse for a bank that I am still waiting for... Standard Bank Home Loans - you should be ashamed of your pathetic service!
