Poor response and feedback to my query

I'm very disgusted in the customer service of standard bank, I've logged a query the day aftr the public hlday the 2nd may 2013 as I tried to with draw my mnths salary from my acc from a fnb atm. The mney was reversed automatically into the acc, dnt get my mney, went immediately the next mrnin to hve it sorted at mowbary branch STD bank, they missed inform me of the duration time, wen aftr 4 days I called and was told the rite duration as I told them ths nt my fault why cnt they just refund my mney whch is R2000 as I need to pays fees and rent, up till today no one comes back to gve feedback I keep phoning and told to keep phoning. I need my mney urgently pls assist me.
