Case with standard bank!!!

On the 29/0913 I reportd a case by callin in to the customer care dept an they had transfered me to the dept which they had told my card was copied with out me knwing an all the mney had been taken out from my acc an I shuld go to the bank an get statments an a new card I had stoped that card. I had a limit on my card but the person who had copied my card which I last used at a atm at the bank. Had gone into the bank an changd my limit an no1 at the bank had picked it up that the card had been stollen. I went in to the bank on the 3o913 An the lady told me I must bring in letters to state its my acc an I must put mney into the acc4 me to get a new card, its not my problem the bank who I trusted ta keep my mney safe couldnt do they job an I must pay 4 they mistake, the dep told me to wait 3 days I called them evryday they said we'll get back to u tomorrow but ntn evryday, then dey sed wait 1o days bt ntn I went in to the bank an spk to the manager of chatsworth branch an she had no answers its now the 16/1013an I have no answers they didn't give my money back!! Standard bank surposed to be keeping your money safe!! Worst bank ever!! I need answers now!!
