Unacceptable

On the 1st of March, I went to draw money, from an FNB Atm, the ATM swollowed my card, so I cancelled it immediately, 2 minutes later R3000 was withdrawn from my account. R3000 is my daily limit. I phoned FNB again and they said I must come and report it at the bank, which I did the follwing day. They said to me they would look into the matter and ill should recieve my money in 6-8 weeks.
Last month I recieved a letter in the post saying that they will not be paying me my money back!
Please explain to me how this is my fault and why you arent paying me my hard earned money back!?!?!
It is not my fault that FNB cant detect that their ATMs are being are targetted by the criminally inclined induviduals of this country. I have heard from numerous peolpe that the same thing has happened to them, and they have beem paid their money back! FNB, how can we help you?
Well you can help me by paying me my money back!
