ATM DIPUTE

Good day

Last Thursday I went to FNB Lifestyle Centurion to log an ATM dispute, and I was told that I would probably get my money after 5 days, we are now on the 8th day and no one is saying anything to me I even called the contact centre for the past 3 days they gave me the branch number which is for ever engaged, and the contact centre can't even seem to know about the status of my query
I expected a lot from the advertising but it seems all of them we false, I need that money it is mine and I worked hard for it

Had this experience with my previous bank and guess what got the money the same day,
