*SIGH* I don't even know where to start..
My query was regarding an ATM withdrawel where i never received the funds because the machine rebooted...
I lodged a dispute on the 26/09/2013. I called The contact centre to follow up on my dispute, I was informed that they never received it (This was a week after i submitted the dispute)..
I then resent it on the 07/10/2013 and was given another working day turn around time. I called back 2 weeks later, i was informed that the case was closed, but they couldnt tell me what the outcome was. I was then given a contact number for the ATM department, i called they couldnt assist, they informed me that i am supposed to deal with disputes depatment. I then called back and was given the runaround again, my patiens then ran out, the lady i spoke to escalated and gave me a turn around time of 1 day... i called back 2 days later and still no answer...
I ran out of patiens, out of airtime, I am now in more debt because of my cellphone bill...
