Poor service

On the 29 November 2013 they debited my account for R200 which I don't know what is for. I went to their branch at Lifestyle Mall in Centurion and I was told that the money will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days wich didn't happened. Again on the 06 December 2013 they did the same thing and I went to the same branch I was given a phone and I spoke to Paul and I was given a ref number DA75 and they said the money will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days. Until now the money has not yet been refunded. I called their call centre today and they can't even pick the ref number I was given and i've been sent from pillar to post.this ia what I call poor service
