I received my cheque account card and i am battling to activate my card i have called the call centre a couple of times and everytime i get transfered to someone else and then apparently they cant help me and just transfers me to someone else. This goes on a couple of times until the call gets dropped by FNB staff.
I wanted to move my banking over to FNB becouse I heard they have such great service. I am starting to think that I should stay with my current bank
