FNB ATM ALERT

On the 27 of August I went to the Boulders FNB ATM to withdraw money. Earlier during the month I had noticed that they replace their atm anyway I withdrew money from it, the atm switched off after it switched off it came back on gave me back my card but no money came out and a slip stating that I must go to the nearest branch as an error had occurred. When I went to branch in Carlswald they made me complete a dispute form and they assured me that I would get my money in 5 days. After 5 days of waiting I did not receive feedback and I called the FNB Contact Centre there I was told that the branch made a mistake, they where not suppose to make me complete a form but rather I was suppose to call the FNB Card Dispute Department myself. When I called the Dispute Department I was told they cant deal with me directly I was suppose to go back to the branch and also call a lady by the name of Anele who deals with Midrand ATMs. I them expressed my frustration because none of the employees I spoke to could not give me a proper answer as to why my funds have not been paid out. I m a mother of 2 children and already they are feeling the blow of the money that was unaccounted within our family
