Ivhave lodge a dispute regarding vodacom that defaulted me and my outcome was unsuccesfull as apparently vodacom had crediteble everdence that they send me a legal letter as to where i never received anything my default is a year old already and paid up to date.while the dispute was on transunion sended a letter to vodacom stating that they wil take action if vodacom decide to remove the default as per some laws, then why doing the dispute for me if they dont really want to remove the default they could have just say so other then waisting my time they can easily remove judgements which has been recined in court but not a simple default that is a year old i find you guys usseless and hate transunion!!!
