NEDBANK CARD CLONING

On the 2nd Feb 2013 my Debit card was cloned at the FNB ATM in Cresta shopping Mall. On the Sunday evening somebody of nedbank division phoned me about various transactions on my card. I confirmed to the man that the transactions was not made by me.
I completed the documents on the 5 February 2013 at Nedbank Clearwater Mall. The man who assist me told me it took 7-8 weeks for the investigation to be completed.
He phoned me this morning to told me that Nedbank are not go-ing to refund me due to the fact that I have compromised my pin number. On the document he gave me to complete on the 5th Feb was a qeustion itf somebody could see my pin. I answerd YES due to the fact that my daughter was standing next to me and she could see my Pin.(I FEEL I WAS HONEST ON THE DOCUMENTATION) Unfortunatly I did not have eys at the back of my head to see it somebody els was standing behind me!!! I bank with Nedbank now for more that 30 years and this is what I get.
