After getting a quotation which was almost R300 more than my current car comphrehensive insurance, i was told a link will be send to me to claim the R400 cash back, i didnt receive e-mail phoned the next day were told a link was send to me, i must wait for it to come through, a week passed (after numerous messages, and calls), i called the call centre and they gave me Hendrik (the person who is dealing with complaint) direct telephone number, line either engage, or rings no answer. phoned customer service, the send me another e-mail en sms - told me to load proof of current insurance, while busy loading a pop up "sorry this is embarassing, something broke", so i could not finish/ dont know if my details were submitted or not, truly starting to wonder of this is just a waiste of time and if i should forget about the R400 after all my trouble and costs phoning leaving messages, e-mailing etc.
Feeling left empty, by a empty promise. I guess bending backwards is only to get rid of their call centre agents big stomaches.
