My Claim was submitted to Santam (09/05/2013) for the repair of my window mechanism. After continually nagging I finally received a response and was asked to get a quote for the repair from the car dealer. I did so and submitted it straight away. Again I did not receive a response and needed to follow up. A few weeks later a received a call from an assessor stating that he would come past to assess the damage, this was done but I have had no feedback since.
I am sick of always having to follow up on the status of my claim. It is now the 9th of May, exactly a Month after I submitted the claim and I still have a damaged window mechanism.
Hopefully now someone at Santam will respond!
