Couldn't care attitude towards claim

On 24th May, a lady insured by Santam hit the side of my car, this was total negligence on her behalf, I submitted all the information required to Santam - her insurers, the lowest quote I received was R24, 000 they offered me R11, 000, saying that the claim is based on 70/30 - 30% being my fault - not the case. I did not accept their offer, and requested my car be returned to the original condition prior to the accident. I have sent correspondence, and they promised to get back to me by Monday 5th, have sent e mails, but nothing in return. I have also sent mails to following:-
