I submitted a 3rd party claim against santam on 4 Feb 2012.After numerous calls chasing after claims consultans my claim was finally approved months later, howver as to date my car is still at the repairer with outsanding repair and storage fees owed to them by santam.i have taken up the issue with various people in Santam complaints dept. as well as head office yet still recieve no resolution. All i get are promises to investigate the matter followed by feedback, which i have never received. Its now been well over a year, i am extremely frustrated and impatient to have this matter resolved. please help!!!
