So I have a virgin money credit card and I've had it for a few years now. when I initially got the card I had my online banking acitvated and had no problems. For a long period I never used my card and recently I started using it again. When I tried logging into my online banking it would not allow me to and I had to reset my login details which I had no problem doing until they asked me to put in my card number and ATM pin to reset my password. I've sent numerous mails to their customer support asking why I need to put in my ATM pin to reset my online banking pin and after months recieved a response from Pontshiso advising me how to reset my password and to use my ATM pin because it's easier to remember but no reason as to why I need to use my ATM pin.
I'm afraid if this is the way Virgin Money is going to operate I'm rather going to close it because there's no way I'm inputing my ATM pin on a website and if this is the only way then it would mean that I cannot access my online banking profile... which means I've have to wait for snail mail to deliver my statemnts before I can see if my account is still in order.
