I received a sms on my phone yesterday saying that my Nedbank Credit Card payment was returned unsuccessful. I then logged in to my internet banking profile to see what the problem was.
On my salary pay date the debit order for R810 went off. Yesterday it was returned with funds still in the account??? Then there was another debit order for R800 that went off for my Credit Card directly after the failed DO and that went through??? I tried to call the Nedbank Card Contact Centre TWICE this morning. Each time the call was answered, but nobody spoke. Though i could hear people talking and laughing in the background.

This is terrible service.

I have a good mind to switch banks
