Upon getting a chipped debit card for my savings account, all transactions which should go through my savings account get taken off my cheque account; however the slip states it has come off the savings account.
I called the call centre on Saturday, they said they had no explanation for this and would refer it to a supervisor. I was assured that the supervisor would get back to me by latest Thursday. It is the following Tuesday and I still haven't received a call.
Within the last 3 years I am yet to have a positive experience with Standard Bank. It is one failing after another with them, can they do anything in a competent manner?
