INCOMPETENCE WITHIN THE CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT

I had 2 credit cards thru STD bank and Nedbank for approx 4 years and never had problems throughout until i decided to switch both my balances because of interest rates, that was a Huge Mistake i regret... i have had problems with FNB's credit card since i applied on13 October 2012. 1stly, it took a month for the switch to be done, and i've lost count of how many times i had to drive to the branch so the matter can be sorted, eventually i was promised a gift by Tebogo Maja, the credit card Liaisons officer who called me on 16/11/2012 to apologize for the horrible service i got... to date she never showed up.

2ndly, my debit order should be deducted on the 20th coz my salary gets paid on that day, i had debit orders returned twice coz the date is 13th. i went to the branch AGAIN on 23/01/2013 and spoke to SIYA frm the credit card call centre who confirmed that my debit order has been changed to the 20th and it will be effective in March 2013 so NO installment will be deducted in February. To my suprize, the debit order went off again yesterday 15/02/2013. WHAT MUST I DO TO GET GOOD SERVICE? i'm planning to switch back ASAP coz my credit report is messed up thanks 2 incompetence
