I have had my Amex Platinum card for nearly 2 years and I have paid via a debit order every month. One month approximately a year ago the debit order was returned by mistake BUT I immediately did a manual payment. Since that happened over a year ago - when my payment goes off from a Nedbank Cheque account Nedbank card services hold the payment for 7 days. They cannot tell me why or unblock it - but I have to call every month and get the funds cleared. When I complained about 3 months ago - Nedbank assured me that they would sort it out - but nothing. I am sick and tired of your empty promises Nedbank!!!
