Outsurance currently have this ad on TV that they will bend over backwards for their clients?? This is not happening. On Saturday the 27th April a guy named Tom Mccoury reversed in to my car in the parking lot of a pet shop in Benoni. I reported the accident at the police station as well as with Outsurance. This is no a week later & am still waiting for a answer from Outsurance on when they are going to get my car fixed. What they don't think of is that this accident was not my fault but i have to take my car for assessment, I have to call them, I will have to be without transport & be inconvenienced because some could not look where he was going & i am still waiting for this " Brilliant Outsurance" to get my car fixed & to top it all Outsurance wants me to pay the excess of R1000. I DID NOT CAUSE THE ACCIDENT, MY CAR WAS PARKED IN THE PARKING WHEN THIS REVERSED INTO ME
