I was a client of outsurance and got a new vehicle recently and when getting my quotes and going back to outsurance, they said they cannot beat my quote from First for Women and they cannot even pay me R400 because I am an existing client. I was quite disgusted by this, as I now see that Outsurance only cares about new customers and forgets their old ones... So I would like to say, NO they DONT bend over backwards for their clients
