I was in a car accident where my vehicle was written off. From the start, that is when I phoned them at the scene of the accident, throughout the entire process up until the pay out, I couldn't complain even once. Everything happened timeously and according to what was expected. Regular feedback was given with a great attitude. I'm truely so satisfied.
