My brother passed away in an accident cause by a taxi driver, whom did not stop at a stop street. He was killed instantly when he collided with the taxi. He was insured by outsurance and never missed one installment, ever. An investigation was done by outsurance and they bent over backwards to AVOID paying out the claim. Not only were they unsympathetic and have no respect for the deceased by allegating speed and alcohol before they even knew what what was in the autopsy report. I have never ever been so offended and disappointed and will make sure that everyone i know, knows what they getting into with outsurance. It is unfair that we have to pay insurance every month and when we need you, you are just not there. You say you bend over backwards for your clients, well that is the biggest contradiction in our families case.
