I lost my Bank Card and had to apply for an new card. The cashier help me to get a new card but failed to increase my EAP limit after she said I don't have to worry she Fixed everything for me. After phoning the customer care they put me through to the Rosslyn Branch. I spoke to Valerie Msiza and she sorted out my account within an hour.
