FNB can't find the correct credit report... USELESS

Having banked with FNB for about 7 years and having financed one car through Wesbank already I decided to finance another car through FNB Vehicle Fin. I checked my credit record before I applied to avoid any embarrassment. It came up as excellent. Imagine my surprise when the FNB finance person on the phone told me that I have an account on ITC showing as 3 months in arrears. I phoned TransUnion ITC straight away. According to them my credit history looks very good on their system... as in no problems. I phoned FNB VF back and spoke to Warren he seemed completely uninterested in correcting the problem or helping me at all. Nice one FNB after 7yrs of loyalty and conducting all my accounts perfectly this is the treatment I get... VERY DISAPPOINTED!
