I had an accident not so long ago, every step of the way I was informed what was going with my claim and without fail Randall Arendse would send me a notification as to what was happening. He contacted me today to say that my excess had been recovered from the party who caused the accident. I was very impressed with the services I received and would certainly recommend the Outsurance service - they really do bend over backwards.
