Debit Order on Paid up Account

I sold my car and the dealership settlement my full finance with ABSA. However they still continued to debit my account on the 3rd May 2013, while the account was in actual fact paid up. I have tried to contact the customer service centre, the action line, I have emailed numerously, contacted direct numbers, even lodged a complaint on their website - but no-one answers. I needed that money to pay rent this month, and I needed it back in my account by End of Business today! Thanx to ABSA's incompetence, I dont know where I will get the money to pay my rent! R2300 is not small change. I dont ever want to deal with such incompetent ever!! I just want my money back, which I am fully entitled to, and I need it today!
