I went into Absa Loch Logan branch on the 30th October 2013 and requested a settlement amount for the exact day. I received a statement from customer service @ 10:05:43 i went to FNB to draw the money went back to Absa and settled the account via cash deposit @ 10:49:26 went to c/services to close account and only the saw that they gave me a settlement amount up till the 05/11/2013 a WHOLE WEEK later than what I asked for? I already paid the amount thus I asked them for assistants so pay that money back to me that I paid extra, A week later and it is still NOT sorted out and today I must hear that they dont own me any money. There was also a debit order that went of my account for a service fee... what service? I wanted the account closed on the 30th October 2013!
