I MADE A PAYMENT TO N INCORRECT ACCOUNT NUMBER BECAUSE WRONG INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED TO ME BY ANOTHER STUPID SERVICE PROVIDER, AFTER 30 MINUTES I CALLED STANDARD BANK TO REVERSE THE PAYMENT.
ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT I WILL BE CHARGED R250 FOR A R370.00 TRANSACTION WHATS THE POINT OF .ASKING STANDARD BANK TO REVERSE THE CHARGE???
I RATHER CANCEL MY CARD AND JOIN ANOTHER BANK IF MY MONEY IS NOT GOING TO REVERSED
