Useless - D/O taken off account without my consent

Good day.

I had a debit order taken off my absa current account.
I have no idea what it is for, neither do ABSA. Now ABSA is telling me they do not have any proof that I signed for anything, they do not even confirm that the detail is correct, but they do allow the money to be taken off my account, not verifying anything. BECAUSE THEY HAVE A CONTRACT WITH A 3RD PARTY!!!
Now i have been told that I need to sort this out with the 3rd party. ABSA is not willing to fix this as they do not have any detail.
SO IN SHORT MY ACCOUNT IS OPEN TO ANYBODY WHO WORKS FOR THESE DEBIT ORDER COMPANIES!!! AND TO TOP IT OFF, ABSA IS NOT WILLING TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILLITY FOR NOT VERIFYING THESE TYPE OF CLAIMS!!!
ABSA authorised this payment, so ABSA should provide my signature! If they are not able to do this, the money should still be in my account.

ABSA REFUSES TO DEAL WITH THEIR CONTRACT HOLDER, AND INSISTS THAT I SORT THIS OUT!!
I have spoken to Linda and Natalie and are still waiting for Knox to phone me back.

As a result of all of this. I am not able to fix my car today, so my Gr1 daughter will not be going to school on monday, and this is the great service ABSA provides!
