Illegal deduction from flexi save account

My debit order never went off on the 5th as it normally does.
Called Absa and was told that they cant help me as they dont know wht went wrong and that they will take the money off "sooner or later"???
I then see on my internet banking that they have taken extra available money i had un my bond and used it as an installment?? That is my saved money and it is my right to have it capitalised, not used as an installment cause Absa stuffed the debit order.
No joy what so ever from the call centre.

What now, will you debit my account sometime through this month, double debit order next month, will i be refunded the money taken out of my bond, what would happen if there wasnt any extra money in my bond, list me as a bad payer??
Once again Absa stuff up.

Please contact me asap to resolve this.
