I called Maghatso on 30/04/2013 to reverse a transaction on my credit card for an unauthorised release of fund. She confirmed the reversal with ref 38115822. Today the amount is still not reversed and I called Karabo who was not helpfull and confirm they can not reverse the funds. I DID NOT authorise these funds. How can the bank just release money without authorisation and then not have control to get the money back. This is BAD client service, Bad service from Karabo and bad banking skills overall, not protecting the client at all!!!
