I applied for a personal loan wthin the Nedbank Branch over a week ago, I took time off work to go and sign all contracts and provided the consultant with all required documentation and information as she required. Now a week later I have not received any feedback and no one in the whole bank can help as the consultant has not been at work since, and the bank cannot function without her at all and I have too wait until she decides too come too work one day too get feedback. No one at he branch can help I have called every single day just for an outcome and I get the same reply I have too wait for the consultant who helped me, so if she had too die today does that mean I would never get feedback? Now I understand why some people refuse too deal with Nedbank dont blame them at all.
