Loan declined on inaccurate information

I have been banking with Nedbank for well over 4 years and I am disappointed with the attitude towards my application. I applied for a personal loan on Saturday and 1stly had to call them to follow up. I submitted all the necessary documents that were required, i then GOT feedback that the company I work for is being De-registered which is invalid and I even sent documents from our auditors confirming that the information they had was invalid.

My application was declined before due diligence was carried out. Is this how your customers are treated? I think our auditors would have more knowledge of our company being de-registered. what angers me is NOT even one call from them to the company to find out if this was happening.

I was always so happy to bank with Nedbank but i have to say this is my first and i hope last Negative experience with NEDBANK.
