I have been waiting for a contact number or email address for Standard bank's CEO for two weeks now. I guess they don't know it or are just lacking knowledge as most of the staff do not even have product knowledge or are just Lazy to assist the customer. I Have been srugling with STD bank since December last year. Each time something needs to be finalised, something goes wrong. I NEED URGENT feedback on a progress payment that should have been made to the builder on 30 April already. This has been the most stressfull time in my life. Cannot believe that I trust a bank with my funds who have such incompetent staff. I mean, a simple call to give feedback... I would like to forward all my correspondence to STD bank CEO. As proof
